Weight Control

I have a good attitude toward myself and I
believe in myself again. As each day passes, the new slim,
trim, image of myself becomes more and more a reality. I
always act, think and move as this new
self-image.
2.
I only eat while seated at meal times and
then I eat sparingly and properly.
3.
I desire less food and receive more
filling satisfaction from this smaller amount of food and I
feel pleasantly full from meal time to meal
time.
4.
I eat more slowly and I am attracted more
and more to all the foods that cause me to lose weight and
I now choose these foods because I prefer them over all
others.
5.
I am a new person. I have more energy and
vitality. I have an extremely mature attitude and control
over my emotions and my actions.
6.
Each time that I even think of food or see
others eating, I will immediately think of my new
self-image and then follow my new habit patterns. Each day
these new thought patterns and habits are easier and more
natural to follow.
7.
I am released from enslavement to food. I
control my eating habits. I control my emotional reactions.
I faithfully do my relaxcentration four times each day and
as each day passes I see the transformation taking place in
my body and my life.
8.
I always follow my new inclinations and
these inclinations have me lose pound after pound and
become slimmer and slimmer. All I do is relax and allow my
mind to work toward harmony, beauty, and peace of
mind.

偶然ではない気がする。
彼女に催眠療法をお願いした当時は、stress managementができていなくて(今でも上手ではありませんが)、
smoking habitに加えeating disordersもあったので、
併せてそのためのカードもくれたのでした。
